Selling Games that you want for Ce!
750 ce is about $2.49 to buy, yet you want an exchange rate of 750ce for $1. No wonder you've gotten no offers.Try offering one that makes a bit more sense, and feels less like extortion.
This isn't extortion, It's actually a fair price. I'm just following how tf2 goes. In the store, you can buy keys for 2.49 but... The traders sell them for 1.20-1.30.Refined metal is also sold and it cost 50 cents to buy one since
1 refined metal is 350-375ce
then 1$ is 750ce if you don't believe my prices i can give you the link where you can buy the keys

But this ain't TF2. While those people might be fine with those prices, you'll be less likely to get them here due to having a smaller user base.
Also, that's selling 2 keys for the price of one. You want double the ce for half the cost it takes to buy that. (in other words, to match your price, someone would have to fork over 1400 ce to get $2, whereas $2.45 gets 750 ce. In that case, it would be far cheaper to just buy the game with my own money that it would be to meet your inflated prices.) That's extortion in my book.
Your logic makes no sense.
During the Steam Summer Sale, multiple topics appeared here with people willing to sell Steam games for CE. Initially the rates were 500CE/$, but it increased and stabilised at about 600-650CE/$. I only ever saw ONE topic where a buyer was willing to pay 800+CE/$, but that was most likely because he desperately wanted to get a game and its sale was ending soon.
Looking at this, 750CE/$ is pretty high for a 'normal' sale, but it isn't so bad to be considered extortion, and Tekno may very well find buyers since there is practically no one else doing Steam game sales right now. It's just that in this case, Tekno's the seller, not a buyer, so people are easily put off when they see his high conversion rate (which people only offer during large Steam game sales). Tekno, I highly recommend you lower your price to at least 600CE/$ (which is still considered high, 500CE/$ is considered the normal conversion for a time like this) if you want any hopes of getting buyers - Cryo is right: in saying that the playerbase here is small, so putting a high price won't net you any buyers for quite a while, especially now that CE is so expensive in CR. This is not TF2 - comparing prices of anything else other than refined metal is silly since the items in both games are mutually exclusive.
Well thanks for clearing that up griseolar. I didnt know the real price. I lowerrd the price and i compared metal from tf2 s because most spirallers from steam play tf2 . And that they would pay 20kce for a bud. Which is actually 50$ whereas a bud is 30$.
