I would like to have the ability to shield your teammates from damage: When monsters attack him/her and you have your omnidirectional shield over them that they would also be shielded at the cost of that the shield would die 2x faster. I want this so that I would be able to shield disconnecting (bad connection/lag) teammates better and to protect them from any damage at all, It could also be used tactically. Last time that I defended a friend when she lost connection I managed to protect her for a few minutes (in FSC) by shield bumping and fighting the monsters off, but then Vana spawned new zombies and they started to leap towards her I tried shielding her but the damage killed my friend in the process ;_;
Shielding a teammate:
Pros: Teammates can survive some blows. When shield breaks you 2 get less damage just like when your shield breaks it still absorbs the little damage it could protect you from before breaking.
Cons: Shield wears down faster with each hit.
So, just like the Guardian's shield then?
