The new shard bombs do next to NO damage at all. My friend did a test (I was there when he did it) and he got a rock salt bomb (3 star, shadow, slime HIGH) and a flourish (2 star pierce) and brought it to JK. guess witch weapon did more damage... the flourish did about double. That means that no matter what, if you have a shard bomb, you are gonna have a bad time. OOO at least make them stronger (and bring back the old ones, perhaps as a seperate bomb to the new ones. rename the new ones or something)

While the RSB is obviously better for the Royal Jelly Palace than the Flourish, its damage doesn't match up against the Dark Reprisal Mk II, and may possibly be outdone by the Super Blast Bomb, Fiery Vaporizer Mk II, and Graviton Bomb.
Flourishes are pretty powerful, but I sincerely doubt this holds true against Jelly Cubes and Lumbers; try again, Dagunner.

ANYWAY, your friend must suck at shardbombing... or was he wearing wolver armor? I mean, obviously something went wrong. I kill RJP with shardbombs in general faster than with a flourish... While yes, Shieldcanceling with a flourish makes for some really decent DPS everywhere, it will not outdo a shadow weapon (even the stinking shardbombs) in RJP unless you simply are using it wrong. Period.

and also, the flourish isnt over powered. I got 5 other 5 star swords that I would prefer to a tooth pick (5 star). I guess the explosions in general from bombs need to be hightened. But whether the info from the thing is wrong (it is right) without a doubt the new shard bombs suck badly.

The flourish is overpowered. Have you played lockdown recently? Recently being a time frame from the creation of lockdown to now.
You didn't measure the damage from the actual shards. Go figure, the appeal of a shards bomb would be the shards. That, or you're lying out your hind.
