Safe to say that the Wolver line is popular among the people and Mercurial Helms are generally well liked, so the promo boxes as a whole would have a fair feedback, even for just looks.
If it's the armour aspect, having a Demo Helm resist Shadow would be nifty in situations. The Toxic Snarby Coat has me at a puzzle, as the defense types are all accessible through the other coats, assuming the Toxic Snarby goes some obscure Non-Normal Defense route. Given the name, high Poison resistance would be all? Or additional resistance?

Aww, no luigiru comment... those were the most fun to read at times xD

well if he won't i will have to pretend to be him *puts on luigiru costume*

"Well, although these color schemes would be nice, they won't do them because they are too close to shadow. for shadow themed gear? no they are accesorries only and making them further availible would make them less rare. also, lots of these items are costume versions of 2-5* stuff, but promos only have recolors of 0-2* gear!"

The papaya is confused

Why are all the current promo boxes................well.................why do they all just give out reskins of all the armors? The hunter promo released green (which I found awfully sickly) reskins. And now the surge promo is releasing red and blue reskins (TF2 :D, and I still find the color sickly)
