SURGE CLOAK IS BUGGED. please help me by submitting reports.

okay. So the Surge Cloak is glitchy as heck. You can see through it (vertical line down the front and back). You can see the ground, or grass, or whatever is behind you through the "seams" in the cloak. And when you move around there are all sorts of holes in the cloak that you can see right through.

Please fix this soon OOO. It makes the cloak unwearable. :(

This is actually also the case for the Hunter Cloak, wouldn't you know it. It'd be nice to have it fixed.
