Hi everyone, i'd like to have your opinion on which brandish is the most powerful and useful for the runs i am doing, which are mainly vana, C42, Heart of ice, Legion of Almire, but not really the new one, i bought a CTR Med Brandish so i'd like to know what to do with it, thanks !

Well this should go to the arsenal where they talk about weapons and stuff. I would recomend taking it into a voltedge, it is teh best looking elemental brandish, shock is pretty good. Takes a bit a of lockdown to play but I think it is worth it. I have seen that glacius is very useful in vanaduck, you can charge hit a trojan, freeze him, and cap his tail. With a blitz needle of course. If you like watching enemiez suffer and die in pain go with fire ;)

If fire already kills quick, whats the benefit of shock/freeze interrupting enemies. Thats my take.
Depends how much damage bonus you wear/size of party.
But if we're talking about LD, it's a different story. You want to annoy others as much as possible.

The voltedge. Definitely i wood hav said combuster but since u want to do FSC u go with Voltedge shock is good at interrupting attacks and damaging simultaneously.

I looked up this question
I looked up this question myself a while ago through several threads, and the general consensus seemed to be to pick whichever sword looked the coolest or fit your costume best.
Practically, they all perform very well, with equal advantages in different situations.

Combuster vs FSC
Combuster is still good in FSC, just no burn.
Still forces enemies to ride the high-damage charge.

But more seriously... in the instances you mentioned, Voltedge would be suitable for use in all of them (although Acheron would be more appropriate in C42). Combuster in C42 is a good way to get yourself killed.

Don't settle on 1.
For a general purpose clockworks weapon, Combuster and Acheron are best. Why? Reliable and predictable knockback. Voltege and Glacius are comparable with each other, except Glacius will lock a frozen enemy in place, where the Voltedge will interrupt them. They can knock back, but it's not reliable and often leaves you still in harm's way unless you're very careful about flanking before letting charges off. (Usually a good idea anyways) With Combuster and Acheron you don't need to be as picky with flanking. (such as Mechaknights) However, for said Mechaknights the Combuster = Godly.
I personally use all four. :D Construct High + CTR Low Combuster, Undead High Glacius, CTR Med Voltedge, and Slime Med Acheron. (Working on a Slime High for an alt) The Combuster is hands-down my favorite. (Still trying to roll a better CTR onto it:)

First you have to decide between elemental and shadow, depending on the other damage types in your loadout. If you choose elemental, then you're just choosing a status on the charge attack. All are good. My opinions are here. The people who say the Combuster is bad in FSC do not know what they're talking about.
