Anyways i'm prepping for UIMF and UFSC and here is my intended loadouts for each.

UIMF:

Mask Of Seerus (Stun low, Curse high)
Snarby Coat (Fire max, Shock max)
BTS (elemental low, piercing low)

Bomb CTR Med Trinket
Gun Damage Med Trinket

DA (Slime Med, Fiend Med)
GF (Beast Low)
Polaris (Slime High, CTR VH)
Nitrome

UFSC:
Mask Of Seerus (Stun low, Curse high)
Deadshot Mantle (Fire Max)
CoA (Normal Med)

Gun Damage Med Trinket x2

RWH (Undead High)
Callahan (CTR med, ASI vh)
Polaris (CTR vh, Slime high)
To Be decided later

So any opinions and suggestions for the last spot in the UFSC loadout?

wiki "Shadow Lair"

Read the wiki page "Shadow Lair", if you haven't already. I assume you mean Perfect Mask of Seerus?

For SIMF: There is basically no shadow or piercing damage, so some of your choices seem odd to me. You're bringing Snarbolax for the UVs and BTS for the damage bonus? Your weapons are fine, except that your gun is going to set off quicksilvers.

For SFSC: Your armor looks good. Don't worry too much about curse. I assume that you're comfortable with WRH in FSC? (Novices often dash into fire.) Callahan is for Vanaduke? Do you know the weapon well? It's a little less mobile than Polaris or Argent, and you're going to want mobility. For trojans, I really like piercing swords. Blitz Needle is also not a bad idea. Have you considered Voltaic Tempest, Venom Veiler, or Stagger Storm (stun is bugged, I know)?

Snarby is for the Uvs, my

Snarby is for the Uvs, my arsenal is lacking in good armor thanks to having that Snarby. I'm thinking of taking Callahan since I'm not a fan of the blitz, I can kill Trojans well enough with RWH and I use RWH in FSC all the time. I am aware of polaris charging quicksilvers. Though I never used an driver, which would you recommend to replace a Polaris, (obviously not storm)? Which armor would you recommend for SIMF? I might grab an owlite line shield.

I'm probably going to drop Callahan but I am in a Callahan-ish mood at this point in time.

actually

Actually, there are many quicksilvers in SIMF, so piercing armor/shield is not insane. But I'd still recommend Grey Owlite, for the elemental damage and the fire and shock. I mean, if your BTS gets broken by shock, then its piercing protection won't help you. For guns, I guess I'd recommend Nova Driver or Argent for non-status elemental damage. Or maybe Hail, but I find it hard to use, because it unfreezes itself. Or maybe even Umbra/Sentenza for gremlins and slimes; they're not bad against constructs either, of course. It would be nice if someone in your party had Shivermist Buster.

Callahan is kind of a weak weapon, but it's really fun, so don't let me dissuade you from using it.

CALLAHAN!

It is even more fun when people keep saying it is worth 30-40k ce and I only spent 3.5k ce to get it and about 250k cr on the UVs.

I find the AP to be more annoying so I will give the nova driver a shot. I should grab an owlite sheild for the fact that I like not dying and some lack of damage is worth it.
