Chapeaux can't access helm
Chapeaux can't access helm top accessories, like halos.
A lot of accessories came from parts of items that had those effects before the accessory update. Halo came from Divine Veil, Mohawk from Mad Bomber, Plume from Angelic Helm, Wings from an old Angelic Raiment model, etc.
Buy white regalia, halo and wings and do it your self. Same for volcanic with red regalia.
You're basically asking for 4 items at the price of one.
