Set a B/O which is perfectly fair and odds are you're only going to get below-fair offers.
Also doesn't really matter what he bought it for IMO. What if he'd overpaid? Would anyone pay an even higher price on that basis? Nope, so why should they pay less just because he got it cheap? :P
