One of the issues that sometimes keep happening when playing is the whole "press more than two times remedy capsules" or "press that healing capsule button accidentally". It isn't that big of an issue, but the game would be better without those. I thought of a system to fix this, that could also give a better way to play too as support characters etc.
How healing and remedy capsules would work now:
1. Press the button with it, either with the keyboard or mouse.
2a. Select your target with the mouse and click with left mouse button to use it.
2b. Click with the right mouse button to cancel the capsule selection.
The best part about this idea would be the "target selection" mechanic. This way, "support" characters could heal status/life to other Knights, while DPS characters can center on dodging/harming without having to take care of their life bar in emergencies.
This could also be applied to throwing vial mechanics, with step 1 being the same and 2a "Click with left button area to launch it". No more having a vial over your head by having pressed accidentally buttons! - This could also mean throwing vials to a specific area and not "miss"... it would make vials more like status grenades.
If target selection would be an issue, maybe when having to confirm where to use the capsule, when having your mouse pointer over you/other Knights could give you/other Knights a bright aura (only visible by you) so you wouldn't miss the click.
And if you think "well wouldn't there then be seen as capsules?", there could be a fast lazy animation of the capsule icon when throwing it over the target. Though I still have to know how remedy and healing capsules work.
Not everyone uses mouse pointer. Still needs an auxiliary system.
Like remain stationary, lsoe control of the knight and enter 'aim mode'.
