Remove the 3 shard hit limit for all shard style bombs. It severely limits the usefulness of the bomb and glitches easily. When it glitches, monsters become completely invulnerable to shards, until you stop chain hitting them. The limit is unfair, and is like putting a hit limit on the Autogun or Brandish line charges.
Remove Shard Bomb Hit limit.
Other weapons that multihit for just as much damage as 5-8 hitting with shard bombs would (600-1000 against weak targets, assuming no damage bonus and freakishly large targets that can get multi'd in the first place), without having an arbitrary hit limit in place for their charge:
-Autoguns
-Brandishes
-Sealed Swords
-Antigua
-Barbarous Thorn Blade
-Alchemer
-Calibur
-Fang of Vog
They should really have a forum admin just for suggestions
this is a very important sugestions, so that shard bomb might be even a bit useful in ld.
i agree with that sugestion, so the shard bomb can be remotely useful in ld and have maybe good use in pve.
Bland, it doesn't fix LD, invincibility frames still break it there.
What? Actually making a damage bomb usable? PREPOSTEROUS.
But yeh. +1
At least you don't get pew-pew'd by my awesome Argent Peacemaker and are never able to set a bomb anymore. :D
Gunners were considered underpowered for a long time, until they got quite a few buffs...but I think bombers have basically only ever had status bombs work really well, especially in LD.
With the exception of the first Shadow-damage bomb, which was nerfed.

Hey, Sev is back!
The charge mechanic change affected everyone just as much as bombers. I'd say it even helped brandish users more.
The DR never worked well in LD, invincibility frames completley ruin it.
@Luguiru, I interpreted Shadow-damage bomb as shadow dps bomb. Plus, as far as I know, the graviton was never nerfed.
I know, but no one seems to care about Graviton.
It still does pretty good damage, though most of the higher difficulties involve fighting stuff with shadow defense but is either neutral or weak to element making Electron preferable.
On an unrelated note, the class in Wakfu that uses bombs (Rogue) has huge advantages for the strategic player with the ability to turn a defensive firewall into an offensive cornering trap into explosive death.
I don't consider the graviton a damage bomb. It does damage, yes, but so does Shivermist. It's not primarily damage, but utility.
Also...I forgot what the DR's name was...yeah..
@Oatmonster:
Hello. I was more referring to the DR as a powerful bomb overall (was), though you wouldn't be wrong in assuming I was talking about LD since that was the context.
PS: ..Like brandishes really needed a buff..

I want to know why the limit exists.
Three Rings hates bombers.
