Not sure if it should go here or not.

Anyways, apparently Magnus line guns are getting changed. Nick said (thanks fezhor for linking me before) that it wasn't released sooner due to problems so that means.... MECHANICS CHANGE! (Possibly)

Put your predictions here!

As I said before in some

As I said before in some other thread:

-Yes, it could mean a mechanics change (most likely for the better because it already sucks and, its not a bomb)
- Or a small stat buff, (damage, status, knockback, ect.) They are just too busy with promos and danger missions
- Or, they dropped it (hopefully not)

I am hoping it will be part of the upcoming update that they preparing for.

Idears!

This weekend I will have to try out that new magnus that I just got, so I have no idea if it already does this...

What if the regular bullets had the same mechanics as the Antigua birds and DA charge swords, where the bullet could hit enemies multiple times because it just plows through everything? Not sure about the charge though.

Mebbe.

As it is, the bullets don't 'plow through stuff', as Marazo so... delicately put it.
Could be a kinda fun buff, but still, a few issues.
-This would have to be charge-only, as otherwise you just fire a very fast Blitz Needle, effectively, with much more accuracy.
-The regular shot is still underpowered (slightly) if only this is implemented.
-When would you ever use the Magnus charge as-is? Granted, nobody uses the Magnus charge anyway, but that's hardly surprising, since it slows you to a crawl.

Even so, good idea.

Yeah. I'm looking forward to the day that comes out. Which I predict will be around the time that sleep and tortodrones are reintroduced. And pigs will fly too, can't leave that one out.

The Callahan's not too bad, I've been using it for everything Fiend related for almost a year now. It's a little safer to use than the blitz, so I love it for laggy places like HoI etc- you can easily do the whole mission without changing weapons. It's great to use as a PvP Recon too, you snipe someone with the charge and the epic damage (Use with Damage Max for best results!) and the stun pretty much completely screws your target as long as a friendly Striker's around to finish him off. A boost of some sort to the charge would be awesome, as I'm a huge fan of giant bullets twice the size of the target- as long as they don't change the mechanics completely and screw it up. As to a change to the regular attack, being able to move while firing would be great. Both Elemental and Shadow have several guns then can strafe, while both Peircing guns root you to the ground while you fire.

Just my thoughts and hopes.

mobility

callahan would be great if it let you move like the alchemers do.
the bullet could be a little wider too, letting it hit multiple targets more frequently.
the charge attack is bogus right now; it needs to hit harder, go as far as a thrown potion and have no stun.
