I wish haven could be tweaked so there could be more themes, and a night-day system.
Now, some may ask, "Where would the time setting be?" Quite simple, the administrators and other heads of SK, could choose a timezone.

Also I wish, there would not only be a winter theme (already, existing, I note this here),
but a summer (Haven just as it usually is not during Winterfest),
a fall theme: with lots of leaves on the floor (add more ideas for how Haven should look),
and a spring theme (add ideas for how Haven should look).

I also think that a new song should be for the spring, and fall (if they want to).

May the ideas flood!

The fall theme is already kinda taken up with the Dark Harvest Festival theme they had last year. And since there are either no, or very few trees in haven it would be hard to show a change with leaves.

night-day cycle would be

night-day cycle would be easier to do without seasons but ok - it should be fairly easy to implement, if server time is between, say, 0600 - 1800 use day haven, else use night haven - update on change zones/return to haven - all graphics are done locally anyway (or they should)
(im assuming that for night what you basically want is a darker/blue shaded haven possibly with lights/flares around, the old rescue camp always seemed to be nighttime to me, dont know about the new version)

of course this implys that cradle has a similar 'day' as earth and that haven is in fact relatively fixed as cradle revolves or moves periodically adn predictably between day/night zones - or it could just be a nifty little touch made to a fairly fun game by the dev team :)

as for the seasons, im personally not opposed to the idea, but i cant say i support it whole heatedly - the slight changes to haven made during holiday periods is fine IMO, winter for christmas(screw political correctness), autumn for halloween (i forget but haven did change slightly for dark harvest festival correct?),
perhaps adding a lighter, lovely 'spring' theme for valentines day or st paddies day or Easter would round out the whole seasonal haven thing

the theme from Compound 42 danger missions, with the autumn colored trees. and make haven righ tnow, different shades, its already fall.

An extremely good idea to

An extremely good idea to keep things interesting. Just be sure to keep changes subtle, such that people don't get sick of them. They could also add seasonal "clutter" suck as pumpkins, or festive lights on trees.
