Sorry if this has already been mentioned. Not sure if this is intentional or a bug, but there don't seem to be any shock-themed prestige missions. I don't mean danger missions, I'm talking about the normal, monster-themed clockworks prestige missions.

When doing them, i've noticed several patterns. Each mission is of a single family theme, and consists of two levels: the first is often poisoned themed, and the second is fire/ice themed.

Even though the gate map insists they exist, i've never done a level of one of these missions that had a shock theme. I've even tried waiting for the gate to rotate - no such luck, even after 10+ minutes of waiting.
TLDR:

So whether this involves a new game aspect or a bugfix, I'd ask 000 to incorporate shock themed levels into the everyday prestige missions.

They do rotate, it's just that the rotation is pigslow.
I've encountered the shock-themed version of the second Beast-version prestige mission, as well as the poison one, but I also find that ice and fire tend to be more common. The obvious solution would be to speed up the rotation somewhat.

The fact that I want more Sparks of Life has nothing to do with it.

I thought about the possibility of a slow rotation. I've tried doing the missions at different times of the day, and I waited 30 minutes (per level) on today's mission (Hazardous Heist) -- none of those things seem to make a difference.

I was wondering whether the gate rotation was even slower than that, so in desperation, I turned to maths (*shudders*). I've probably done the last 20-30 prestige missions (at the least). Assuming the gates spend about equal time on each theme, and that there are 5 theme possibilites (shock, none, poison, fire, and ice), the chance of me getting only poison, fire and ice every time can't be more than (3/5)^20 ≈ .00004 (.004%). Correct me if I'm wrong (really wrong, cause I realize i'm not accounting for things like 2 levels per mission), but that seems really low. Couple it with the fact that I've definitely done way more than 20 prestige missions, and that no one (of the admittedly small sample) that i've asked can remember a shock level either, and I've gotta conclude that shock (and no status) levels probably don't occur at all. That or it only settles on shock (and no status) for a really short time, and on the other three for a really long time.

Either way, I'm gonna be spending some time snoozing at the elevator for tomorrow's mission.

For time clarification, after server restart (morning here), it's either fire or ice. When I play at night, I find shock.
I never caught poison, but they do rotate.

Interesting. I've been doing them after they swap in (before reboot) these last few days, and the first level always seems to be poison.

I believe I've also discovered that once you start a mission, the themes are fixed until you complete it. That, or the first level of White Collar Captives happened to be poison-themed all day long - I logged in and checked it every couple hours.

If each theme only occurs once per day, i figure i have about a 5 hour window for each theme. That would fit with the time between mission swap and server reboot being poison themed.

So it looks like I'll be doing the next few missions at specific times to see if I can get an idea of when each theme occurs.
