You take forever to charge, you may curse yourself and the enemy might as well not get it.
Meanwhile, an avenger covers a larger area and kills everything.

Curse is interesting but unnecesary. You'll probably just land another hit and finish the enemy without letting the status actually do it's job.

Meaningless thread.

PvE: Each weapon is used against different enemies. You'd never have to ask, "What do I want to use against this enemy: GF or DA?", unless it happens to be a neutral enemy. In which case you'd use whichever one you had equipped.

PvP: Charge is never used. GF is preferred due to chance of Curse on second hit.

There is nothing to discuss.

Faust still has the curse on

Faust still has the curse on 2nd swing chance, and Gran Faust takes forever to charge.

You just discussed Derplues.

Lol. Anyways, the faust is a very powerful weapon, but it takes a long time to finish the curse. It's 40 seconds long about. Very long. It has a fair chance in causing curse while the avenger has no status effects.

Yes, the GF can cause more curse on the second hit.

The point is this:

Comparison is meaningless for PvE due to different damage types, and unnecessary for PvP because GF is absolutely better.
