I've tried to play some PvP games before (Lockdown and the bomb one) but it always just ways waiting, and that my game has been delayed?
I'm curious how long it usually takes to get yourself into a game.

The colosseum tells me I'm in
The colosseum tells me I'm in Tier 2 but the rest of the game tells me I'm in Tier 1.

You probably have a 2* equip that puts you in T2 Lockdown. The rest of the game says T1 because you have not gotten clearance to T2. To gain clearance finish the Hall of Heroes mission.
It all depends on how many players are available in which Tier you're in. Tier 1 is usually played the least amount due to how loadouts work, Tier 2 has around 1-2 games always, and Tier 3 has around 4-5 games always.
The best way to get a game is to ask friends who are in Tier 1 to join. (It tells you what tier you are under Colosseum)
As for Blast Network, very few people play the game and you'll only see a small amount of people actually playing it.
