This accessory should not move with the leg. Many ugly clipping issues with the arm and shield, as well as a goofy look in general when the entire sheath jumps around you while walking.
Don't get me wrong, I know it should move, but absolutly not like this. It would be alot better if it moved with the torso, just like the Side Blade.

Yeah, I feel weird walking around with a blade whacking me in the head with every step.
It's supposed to be attached to the belt, so it definitely shouldn't move with the leg. Bounce against it, sure, but not full-swing motion.

I support this. Sword sheaths and sabre scabbards are held on the hip, not the leg.
