there write at least wear a 3 star equidment to complete the mission,i had just crafted tempered calibur(3-star item),
after i wore it,i talk to barrus and i can't complete the mission it say need 3-star equidment,but i already have,is this a bug?

No. You must have weapon, helm, armor, and shield all 3* or higher to complete the mission.
