I recently have a shockburst brandish and a striker,im wondering which one is better of these 2

Atacii is right. These are very different swords. For one thing, they end up at different damage types, which is the main consideration in choosing a sword. For more detail, please try my sword guide.

Brandish. Cutters are garbage. Fun though...
And specialized damage( such as elemental) is better than normal damage.
