I think that OOO should team up with 343 and show off and support Halo 4's release 2nd of all it would look so cool but you make them only costumes or really only for energy pack i don't know just a crazy idea, tell me what you think. How may times has a suggestion actually happened?

From the year and a bit I've played SK and been reading the forums, I've seen suggestions being implemented.
1. Mission system.
2. Gremlin boss Stratum (AKA Operation Crimson Hammer)
3. Height and eye style changing.
4. 5* shard bombs were implemented but all everyone did was whine about how underpowered it is, basically all they're complaining about is the fact they can't spam the crap out of it like the old 4* RSS in FSC and OHKO zombies and trojans every 2 seconds by exploiting the shard's mechanics.
There's probably a few more but I can't think of it right now.

Did you ever use one of them or at least saw it in action? They are extremely underpowered even when not compared to the old ones (aside from tripping the hell of your teammates, the ones you should be helping) . No one in the right mind would say that bomb is actually balanced or good to use, even more when a freaking pierce bomb can deal more damage to zombies (weak to element) then an elemental bomb.

As for the Armor nope, now scadadle... Come on you cant be serious, im sorry but people just come up with the most ridiculous things sometimes without think of implementation and all the other things that need to be thought of *cough* Copyrights *cough*.
As for what i said yes it is harsh but im harsh on allot of people please don't take as a personal attack i have personaly come up with stupid things as well not to mention put down real life friends for horrible ideas.

There isn't, GMs closed it.
As for spartan costume, it probably won't happen and the people above explained why.
-Halo 4 is developed by 343, published by Microsoft, and available exclusively on the Xbox 360.
-Spiral Knights is developed by OOO, published by Sega, and available exclusively on PC, with optional use of Steam.
Where in those two sentences do you see anything remotely similar? (besides the structure, of course.) 343/Microsoft have no reason to approach OOO/sega with this promo offer, and on the flipside microsoft has no reason to let OOO create a promo for a game that is, for the most part, in an entirely different part of the market and is not available through Steam or even on PC, where the majority of the ads would be centered. In their eyes(Microsoft), there is no reason to market a game to a demographic that doesn't and most likely won't play it.
An Energy sword would be cool though... reskinned Voltedge or something... ./sigh
