Monsters and bosses drop there armour and weapons with a very rare chance (eg wolver 0.01% chance of dropping wolver coat, vanaduke 0.000001 chance of dropping mace) , all weapons and armour retain their animation , damage , size , speed and charge times . the stronger the monster or boss the smaller the chance of a drop .

Reason: cause this game needs more weapons and (as if) this won't unbalance everything

>this mace doesn't have a set charge time, or any programmed charge attacks, is eight times my size, does not match up to the animations of a Spiral Knights, and practically one-shots other spiral knights

So what I get is a huge weapon with huge area of effect with a huge amount of damage and spazzy animations that make it hard to read when I'm attacking, with no charge time.

I'm not against new weapons. But give us recipes/tokens to get them. Dont throw them for free or make them super rare.

Enemies drop materials. Bosses drop tokens. Both of these things are used for getting equipment pertinent to their respective sources.

In agreement with Little-Juances, I think there's no reason to make new things free, even if they are rare.

This mostly already happens. Snarbolax drops 2* Wolver stuff, Vanaduke apparently drops the 4* Skelly stuff, and Royal Jelly drops 2* Wolver and Jelly.

Enemy attacks do not follow the same system our attacks do. The closest kind of attack to ours is the Mecha Knight spin, which is just Calibur.

This is stupid. Not all monsters have corresponding weapons or armor. What would you think Gremlins drop? It's like suggesting flame-throwers, staves, and a crap-ton of other weapons. The bosses would drop the weapons you would get from trading tokens, making Brinks, in one word, useless.

You would also be suggesting a crap-ton of animations.
