I'm a little bit confused about what you are looking for and what you have. While you properly describes the armor, you don't say much about the weapons you have, which can influence very heavily your shield/trinkets choices.

First thing, both loadout you propose are good, with the first one being more gunner than swordsman, and the second being a full swordsman set (which is also a perfect set for LD, it has immunity against Shiver, some piercing and some shadow).

Why do I want to know about your weapons ? According the weapon, CTR can be advised (Brandishs, Alchemers) or ASI can be (Sealed Swords, Antiguas).

Also you said you play Lockdown : do you play only lockdown and almost never CW ? (in that case take Heart Trinkets and don't look back) Or do you play both and want a loadout that can do both ? (in that case you are probably going to need lots of parts to be able to mix and match according the situation).

CTR is mainly acquired through trinkets, weapons UV and getting weapons to lvl 10. The only good CTR set, apart from Seerus and bombs sets, is the Chaos set, which also comes with heavy status debuff, which can be hard to use if you are not already experienced. Incidentally, it's also perfet for hybrids, as it is not specific to any weapon. The whole set have CTR : Med and DMG : Med. Would be perfect for a brandish/alchemer user that don't fear status.
