If they were gonna complete a 5* set they should've put a Honor Guardian Armor and Honor Guardian Helm :D that would've been great so the weapons match the armor :D

It honestly wouldn't be. If you have a high enough rank to receive the free 5* armour, that means you already have full 5* armour.
Azure guardian is objectively worse than other armours. Compared to, say, Skolver, the stats are the same with the exception of no status defence and no buffs. The most anyone is going to get out of a free Azure guardian set is maybe getting a piercing armour set if they didn't have that already.
Does anyone care about piercing armour outside of Lockdown? They do not.
Would you bring Azure Guardian to Lockdown? You would not.
Edit: Also it could just be costume armour.

Thanks for giving them for all of us. But also this is nor fair. I was rank 9.3 when i get the gift. Now i have Ascended Honor Blade and Mighty Honor Guard. If i pass the Ashes Of Evil quest before gift i can get 5* items too. I finish Ashes Of Evil quest after gift comes. Now i have useless two 4* item and i can't upgrade them, even i can't sell to vendor them.
This items must be upgradeble with our rank.

Not must be, but it'd be nice for them to be somehow.
After all, the Honor Gear is 'ceremonial gear'. Being able to use them is a bonus, otherwise we may as well have just been given the stand thingy, which is pretty much made out of them anyway.
Still, it'd be nice to be able to get the higher up versions at least.

I shouldn't.. but I still kinda feel robbed that I could've gotten it if only there was notice :(
