Just tell me which one out of the list looks cooler and give some details supporting your claim...

Based on looks? Mmkay....
Storm Driver, because it has a cool effect on the gun and bullet(s). Polaris looks clunky unlike the Storm Driver, and Hail has a comparable but imo lesser graphical effect.
Wiki is down at the moment, and I can't recall the difference between those two hats.
Plague Needle for looks, it has a really neat green color with poison dripping from the needles. Blitz is definitely better damage though.
Divine Veil, I like the halo that comes with it.
Eh - not sure about this one. Depends what you're putting with it. Dragon Scale is pretty leet but BTS has a snarby theme.
This is kind of a hard one because I don't think either looks that great - but Volcanic Shield is definitely cooler Omega.

I would have to go with the Polaris, if only because it shoots ball lightning that explodes into massive pillars of searing light or whatever you want to call it. It looks badass, and what it fires looks badass, too.
Shadowsun Stetson is vastly superior to Deadshot Chapeau. It's a Stetson, after all.
Plague Needle all the way. Blitz looks too much like a standard Nerf gun for my liking.
Divine Veil, its halo and blue/white colouring are more attractive in my opinion.
Dragon Scale has its awesome flame aura. BTS looks pretty cool with its glowing red eyes, but can't really match the flames.
I would go for the Volcanic, if only because I like the look of the glowing symbols on the front of the Plate series. Omega just makes you look like a weird purple Bowser or something.

-Polaris. Especially with my "vog bot" loadout; makes me feel like a Gundam running around blowing up the world.
-(I assume you mean the suits of both) Shadowsun, I'd say. The patterns on Deadshot just don't do it for me.
-Plague. Blitz is just a bit basic, boring, while Plague looks menacing and has that poison trail flowing from it. Mmmm.
-Divine Veil. Halo, yo.
-Dragonscale by a long shot; one of the coolest looking gears in the game. Even without the flames it just looks rad.
-VPS looks better, but only because I don't like Omega due to the weird colouring. However I find Tortoise to be cooler than VPS because it does just look like a huge, rock solid shell for a shield.
As for awesome looking stuff? My favourite looking loadout as of late is my Vog Bot set!
I know it's not a single item that looks cool, but the combination of stuff works well methinks; furthered by my answer to the first question :)

^ beats both of those..
1) Hard one. Definitely not Hail. Polaris actually looks and fire big [giant] explosive bullets. If you count the bullets, Polaris definitely is cooler
2) No clue. Also, chapeau is a helm, slicker is an armor. Did you confuse something ?
3) Definitely Plague, bonus points for being rare. Glowing green add a lot of style
4) Divine Veil have a Halo. 'nuff said.
5) Dragon Scale Shield got flames. Probably the most stylish shield of the game unless you are going for full snarby skin
6) Omega shield. In my opinion, VPS doesn't look like anything. This big rune in front is ugly.
Obviously that's only for looks. Except for 4), the usefulness is exactly the other way around.
For cools things, you may want to add the full snarby set, including the bomb <3 Also, you NEED to include WHB. Firing wolvers on each swing is just too cool.
