I'm addicted to Spiral Knights Forums! I don't get enough sleep! I always get yelled at for stay up until 1:00 in the morning using the forums!
Somebody help me! Suggest an idea to help me break away from this addiction!

Ahh, I used to have this, But I didn't stay up that late. I suggest changing your knights name's avatar to another knight name that you don't care about, Then get on Spiral Knights and delete that knight, So that way when you log on you think: Oh yeah, I don't do this anymore. Hope that helps

If you watch a video at late night, you'll be more inclined to go to sleep because your body and mind wind down when they aren't directly interacting with the computer. Try some anime
