Now imagine a knight dressed up as that. Seems to fit with a more gothic/Victorian knight. I mean, there is Gunslingers, PETA's worst nightmares, Modded medival ones, Crusade(and not just the plate costume), why not this one. It kinda fits.

I didn't expect that from you Atrum D:

All of us wants a costume for his/her favourite character or series, but that can't work for us. As Marlwoof said, OOO isn't in business to make costumes for characters from other games or anime etc..

But, I would like a Gothic Victorian costume similar to that.

Not because you would like it should be made now or later. If you just make a question in the forums of what costumes do you want, you will get thousands of suggestions which OOO can't do all of them, so they will probably do none of them.

Licensing issues. Besides... I'm not sure how many people on the website would actually vote for a steampunk costume, although it would have a kind of irony about it.
