Umm, not everyone can use the search bar. The search bar is so slow that it might not respond if you type in the search bar. Only for some computers, it may not respond. Also, we have a jacked up search bar. If we search "New Bomb:Fiery Crystal Bomb", it will show a result for anything that says "new, bomb, fiery, crystal, and bomb". Every thread that has atleast ONE of those words in there will be shown. Also, if you can tell someone to use the search bar simply give the link to them showing the other threads that are like this.

I don't think the search bar reason is legitimate enough to see their threads as useless. Now, this doesn't go directly to you but for people who always say something like "-_- Use The Search Function", please stop.

It is nothing to get mad over, I know some people say it calmly but even if you're saying it nicely I still don't think that is a legitimate excuse to think a thread is not useful. Maybe new players could see the threads there if they weren't able to see the previous threads and it can possibly get more attentions, I know it's unoriginal but the people who make the threads don't know about the previous existing ones.

1.People can be new to the forums, some people don't even know how to change their icon when they're here for the first time so they probably do not where the search bar is since they've never tried using the Forum Preferences.
2.If you really want to simply prove that the thread already exists, simply go to the thread yourself and paste the URL. Now some people actually do that instead of saying "Search Bar."
3.The search bar is a dull search bar, you can probably have a computer that can't work well with the search bar. I had one and it would never respond to the search bar because it was so slow, so when I typed a thread name an "Error" pops up saying the page didn't respond.

Also, what would you expect people to type? What if they reworded their suggestion differently and called it "Spiral Knights Showdown Matches" and someone says "Search Bar" but they don't know what to exactly type so they type their thread and find nothing related to it because most people tend to use the word duel.

That wasn't my point, my point is that they possibly don't even know what/where the search bar is. Even if it's up there and you would expect people to see it when they first come here, I didn't see it when I first came to the forums. Your thread was irrelevant to my excuse.

Then instead of people saying "Search bar." how about they tell them to use google search. Also, sometimes the google search idea will not work either because sometimes people have to type in URLs and can only type in URLs. My old computer was broken so every time I clicked a website it kept redirecting me to this random thing.
