I feel kinda' cheated... I made a full set of Ironmight, and I get no UVs. Later, I make a secondary set of platemail for use in T2 Lockdown, and I get tons of amazing UVs on my very first roll.

Now I've got a set of armor that makes me want to feed myself to a Chromalisk every time I look at it, and I need to sell it fast.

What I made:

* Boosted Plate Helm
- Increased Shadow Defense: Medium

* Boosted Plate Mail
- Increased Stun Resistance: Medium
- Increased Fire Resistance: Medium

* Boosted Plate Shield
- Increased Elemental Defense: Maximum!

My only problem is that I have absoultely no idea how much these are worth, and I'm afraid to take any guesses in the AH. Can I get an estimate from someone?

glad to help

the medium shadow is worth about 30-55k. the stun medium is about 30-40k. (assuming standard boosted are selling for around 18-20k).

Now the elem max boosted plate shield is very nice. I made an elem max Volcanic Plate Shield out of mine. I'd highly recommend you do the same, it is fantastic for Vana runs. I know you already have the ironmight, but you'd be doing well to have one of each. You won't regret that decision, IMO.

Now if you want to sell it, i can tell you are not going to really get a fair price. Prices are down across the board. Even back when stuff sold for quite a bit, this item was undervalued. Was a time when these would fetch 8-10k ce. Now its probably more like 4-5k ce.

Be patient and try to get 6k-7k ce, or put it on the AH 250k-499k min bid/buyout. The lower the min bid the more risk of not getting what its worth if people don't come out to bid. the higher the buyout the more risk of not getting it and leaving money on the table.

again, i recommend you make it into a Volcanic plate shield. It will be as good as any 1 UV shield on the game (for vana runs anyways). Just as good as any crest of almire or any Grey Owlite that only has 1 max UV.----and better than most.

Wow, that's the most helpful answer I've had regarding this (I've been asking around in-game, but have had little luck getting a straight answer).

You'd better bet the very first thing that crossed my mind when I made this stuff was "holy crap, gonna' upgrade to Volcanic ASAP!!", but then I realized how lucky I got with these rolls, and the thought of all the money I could earn slowly took precedence over upgrading it.

They are bound (curse me and my tendency to try on all new equipment), so it'd cost 600 CE to unbind, but I figured if people were willing to pay enough for it, I could easily make up the 1,800 CE unbind price for it all.

Your estimates are a bit lower than I expected, though; too low. This armor set would be fantastic for the Citadel, if I upgraded it to Volcanic. Every single UV is fit for the job, and putting it all on Volcanic armor only makes it even better.

I'm going to upgrade this, I've changed my mind about selling it. I was hoping I could use this as some sort of "get rich quick" scheme, but I guess that was all just wishful thinking. :P

As nice as that shield is (I also use an Ele Max Volc Plate) I'm not sure you'd actually be able to sell it for much. In my experience at least, Plate is obnoxiously difficult to sell, and as mentioned already it's something that's definitely worth upgrading for your own use.

The Helm won't go for too much with it being a defensive med, I'd actually wager on it going for closer to the 20k mark than UV's estimate. The armor is interesting since on full Volc Plate it would let you hit the Fire and Stun resist caps. No idea what it's worth though or even what the market is like since not that many people actually use plate, but I'd hesistantly say you should be able to get 50k crowns for it at least, more if there's actually people looking for 'em. And if they're bound as you've already said, it really isn't going to be worth it.

For future reference the only time a Med UV is ever likely to be worth enough to justify an unbind fee is if it's ASI or CTR on a weapon that benefits from it significantly (Or you can only even get said UV by rolling like with token rewards) defensive UVs that aren't at least High really don't sell for that much. Especially on lesser used armours like the Plate line.
