I end mission 5-2 'hall of heroes' with three-star certificate, but the hall of heroes don't changed. It still don't sell 4-stars recipes etc.
How I can solve this problem?

The hall of heroes that gives 3* certification only sells up to 3* recipes.
The hall of heroes that gives 4* certification only sells up to 4* recipes .
Basically, a HoH only gives the recipes you need to achieve it's certification. Keep doing missions or farm Basil.

I already have 3* certification, guy in HoH give me that.

Ok I uderstand. First I must end missions at 6-2, thx!
Go into the 6-2 Hall of Heroes instead.
