Curious, as I've been playing a bit of LD and would like some hard numbers that I could use and maybe contribute, if possible. Search bar isn't being nice and wiki doesn't provide any info. Sword damage and gun damage are what I'm most curious about, whether defense really helps and how the recon death mark works.

So I'd have to make my own conversion and chart? Sounds like something to keep me busy. Although, any idea on how to count health bars without skipping a one? In other words, would an unheated 0* weapon be enough to count how much health is in a bar or would I need it to be fully heated to have correct results? I'm not exactly sure which is less damaging, but I know how I'm going to approach the table.

Here are two threads that might or might not help you. They have to do with damage in PvE. One of the conclusions is that each bar of health is 40 points. I don't know whether this applies to PvP though.
The problem is that you don't know how much health we have nor how much damage we deal.
You could create an arbitrary scale yourself.
So grab a proto sword and count how much htis you need. It's an equivalent, except instead of using 'rea'l numbers, you use "proto sword units"
during one of those LD 1v1s, I happened to hit one guy once with a DA, where both he and i were wearing skolver. the timer ran out almost immediately after and i ended up with 751 damage, which is what i believe is the value of a single first, fully heated DA swing where the target has no ele resist and the attacker has dmg+ VH.
Bacon-Strip and the rest of the Jemps have a lot of numerical data in LD. According to him, 1 pip = 40 HP in LD (Just like PvE).
You'd have to ask him yourself for the numbers, I don't know them. I do know he has many numbers, like the damage bonus on a bomb, gun or sword (4% damage per level of damage bonus), and how much specific weapons do depending on a swing. He's told me a GF in T3 LD does 10.25 pips with the first swing (40 * 10.25 = 410 damage), and 13.25 pips with the second swing (40 * 13.25 = 530 damage), assuming max sword damage. I also believe that is assuming your opponent is not wearing shadow armor, but is wearing armor with some normal defense (I.E. Skolver).
So yeah, if you want specifics talk to him. For all-out LD damage boards, I don't think anyone has that much information on it.

40 points of HP per bar is already enough to run a couple proper tests. I'm focusing on T2 weapons now, assuming Jempire has plenty of information on T3. Although, should I use percentages as well to display defenses simpler after calculations?
I doubt you'll find something like that. The only way you'll get hard numbers is if you can stage specific games where you only do one swing/shot per player. However that involves coordination, 8 players, and an empty server.
