This is the best possible place for a third server, as anywhere not covered well by the USA and Europe servers would be close to SE Asia, with the exception of Africa. Seriously, the lag you get in NZ sucks.

SK hong kong and SK Taiwan?
I believe, separate servers though. So basically like 3 different instances of SK are running.

Why HK? That's closer to the USA and European servers.
The only 2 servers listed are USA and Europe.

yes, they are separated but that's better than nothing. It's because OOO had to give the rights to another company so they maintain it properly.

Asians are near US, people in
Asians are near US, people in the middle or West of Asia are the most to suffer, neither US or EU are near to them.
There is a SK Asian server I believe
