My laptop is currently getting upgraded to windows 8. I hope that sk will still run for me. Ill report back when I have upgraded and played sk.
PS: I have a desktop that runs windows 7 in case of failures.
EDIT: sent to graveyard due to no problems found.
OS has been installed. and things are running ok at the moment. will try sk soon.
Stick with your desktop that runs windows 7 just in case…you never know. Sorry if im not very helpful as I only have windows 7.
SK never runs on my desktop w/ windows 8. Then again, the Desktop is about 4 years old. When I used win 7, SK lagged every few seconds.
Sk runs for me.
Bad news: had to refresh it due to other problems like non-working apps.
Don't worry, ill get it reinstalled and run it again. (soon)
The reason windows 8 doesn't work for some people is that they haven't eaten a papaya before...............:P
In all seriousness, what everybody else above (nearly everybody) mentioned is correct. The main reason is due to the drivers as well as the compatibility. It doesn't matter if you have a good car if you don't have a good driver :P

If you're referring to what I think you are, then you obviously didn't read. 'You better be'? Seriously?
The only reason for it to not work is the drivers. If drivers aren't properly updated, then SK will be the least of your problems.
