I know that good mission to find Primal Spark is Severeigh Slime mission.
Can you point me to level/mission that are the best places to find Grim and Forge Sparks?

Forge Sparks are found in Shock, Fire, Gremlin, and Construct themed levels. Grim Sparks are found in Undead, Fiend, and Poison themed levels.
For Forge Sparks, if you're Tier 2 then Ironclaw Munitions Factory probably has plenty. Also, Ghosts in the Machine might have some (it's also got some Undead, but it's Shock and Construct themed for the most part). Grims (along with Forges, I think) can be found in Firestorm Citadel, and they're also common in Legion of Almire. Heart of Ice probably has Grims and Primals.

You can as well just farm for money and buy whatever you want.

IMF has crap for forge
IMF has crap for forge sparks. You're better off running arcade strata of the appropriate types.
Legion of Almire for grims...except you might waste a lot of energy getting to the treasure should you go with a 'noob' team.
Forge...shock/fire themed places...treasure vaults usually give all types of sparks too.
