i have been playing spiral knights for 200+ hours and steam had a damn update!
THIS IS JUST DOESNT WORK
This THING updated and then raped my computer
after updating (btw i have a mac) i tried to start up spiral knights and got to the login screen i logged in with my, steam account, and *boom* it crashed
so i tried again, says its already running force quit steam retry, and same exact thing.
So i looked it up and haven't seen anyone with the same problem. i did read though that you can play spiral knights( with your char) without running the steam client, and i closed steam when to this website and logged into my steam account and tried to start steam button doesn't respond...-_-
so now im sol and want to kill valve. any tips tricks or help?
Step 1: Open the task manager.
Step 2: Right-click Steam.exe and select "End Process Tree".
Step 3: Restart Steam.
Step 4: Play Spiral Knights.
Step 5: ???
Step 6: Profit!
EDIT: Missed the part about you having a mac. I suppose you could go into a command-window and kill the steam process, but I'm unfamiliar with how to do that.
