Your options are either to offer an exorbitant amount of cr/CE in the hopes that someone else has an unbound set of the costume pieces, or to wait until OOO puts up another set on the Featured Auctions again. The latter may force you to wait for quite a while, and it won't guarantee you the item, although the cost may well be lower.
