So I have a guild but i'm not an officer or guild master so i can't use the design mode. I thought it would be cool to add other ways for players to use furniture like homes or something. Hopefully you understand what i'm trying to get across. X3

I do believe this fine
I do believe this fine gentleman means that he is unable to access "Design Mode" due to his low level in the the hierarchy of the Guild, therefore he wishes for alternative ways to use the furniture currently available to him i.e. Instead of sleeping on a Bed he wants to bounce up and down on it.
I have no idea he got from 'I can't use Design Mode' to 'Let us use Furniture in another fashion', but there you go.
