If neither, TFS DBZ. TFS Revenge of Cooler is a good sample, and so is TFS DBZ Kai Episode 1.
The last one doesn't really even count as an anime, it's just an abridged of the original DBZ. Lols guaranteed.

I used to have seen an anime that used to be like Azumanga Daioh, but I forgotten my old anime ages, they were between Slamdunk's and/or Cardcaptor Sakura years... I think that's all I remember?

funny animes huh
Sgt. frog is a very funny anime.From the start to the finish you will be laughing.it's long though
Soul eater is another good one with it's mix of comedy and action.Both are well done.50 episodes of this series
High school rumble, hilarious but long.
Gad guard, an under rated anime that's more serious but it as it's funny moments, would recommend it.This one is on the short side.
Ouran high school host club.Original idea and a funny one at that.Kinda long

Well...
For now, Sword Art Online is short. It's popular, and some scenes make you go "WTF".
But yeah, do complete Full Metal Alchemist or Full Metal Panic. They're relatively short.

Kuroshitsuji is an actual anime, I wasn't kidding.
It's a pseudo-detective supernatural Victorian England anime, which, surprisingly enough for anime, manages to lack excessive cleavage - at least, until the second season, which doesn't really count. It also has the saving grace of not being ridiculously long to watch; I seem to remember there are 28 episodes in total as well as a couple of OVAs.
Second season is kind of confusing though. You might wonder 'lolwat just happened to all the characters', but don't worry, everything is explained in the end.
Homestuck is best anime
More seriously, Kuroshitsuji makes for some amusing viewing. Most animes are fairly drawn-out; I'd mention FMA but if you're looking for a short series it isn't really the way to go.
