Game randomly crashes, stops responding when I try to login again.

SK seems to have a bad habit of crashing at the worst possible moment. The game just stops an the window closes and when I try to log back in, it stops responding, saying Java has stopped working or something like that. I usually have to restart my computer just to get it to log me back in. The game is simply unplayable with these random crashes.

If it helps, here are my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600
2.1 GB RAM
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 32-bit
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650

P.S. I play on Steam.

My game does the same exact

My game does the same exact thing when i disconnect from the server. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks now. Unlike you i don't have to restart my computer, i just have to wait until i am auto kicked from the server :(

The last time i was doing the daily prestige and got disconnected due to loss of internet. I log back into spiral knights and my game stops responding, i logged into an alt to see when i was auto kicked and i noticed i was already logged out. About 4 minutes later i log back in and my game works just fine but i load back into haven.

I would like an explanation of why spiral knights is doing this and if there is a way i can fix it

Yep.

Been having the same issue and my character is currently stuck in the game, even after manually selecting 'Quit' from the log-in menu before it crashes does nothing it seems so that's an experiment that didn't work.

Yep.

Been happening to me too for a while now. In fact it just now happened. It's annoying that I lose all my progress on a Vanaduke run, wasting Mist Energy in the process, because my game randomly crashes and I can't get back on until I get auto-booted.

I'm also on Steam. Since Steam no longer lets us run multiple apps anymore and the frozen Client won't close even with Windows Task Manager, I have to restart or log off to even continue playing.

Edit: It just happened again. You guessed it, I can't log back in and I -was- in the final fight before the boss. Now I'm back on and I'm apparently "banned" from the party I was just in.

I cannot take it too....

The same thing happens to me,only thing is that I can't go to haven and my eyes are the only things present in the character.

I have this exact issue

I was just now reclienting at end of depth 27 from FSC. I TRIED reclienting from 32-bit java (steam) to 64-bit java (using the facebook trick in the browser version of the game since steam wont allow me using 64-bit or the log in screen will break) since my laptop sucks when it uses the 32-bit client and even then when I was using the browser version of this game and it freaking crashed when trying to get back to Vana. It keeps doing that all the time =_= As soon as my char gets autokicked I can log back in without a single crash.

Three Rings T_T... I really love this game but the last month it has been only been causing problems all the time...

It not only happens when I reclient. It also happens when I lose connection and want to try getting back in which makes me crash =_= (only happens when my char is in the clockworks)
