Yeah, that's what people generally use in t1 LD.
People who aren't actually t1 players in PvE, that is.
The actual t1 players are the ones wearing Spiral Scale or Emberbreak, wondering why it takes so dang long to kill certain players, and accusing other members of their team of hax because they're using Heart Trinkets to get an extra 4 bars.

They should nerf the trink thing cause too often do I see in T2 people running around in dusker striker on steriods (aka tru love locket and elite slash modules basically getting max sword damage!

There are no 3* trinkets that boost damage... The only 3* trinkets are heart trinkets (excluding Brinks' trinkets), which are actually rather easy to get. Enamorocks are really cheap, and they cost just as much to craft as any other piece of equipment, without needing heat.

Some people swear by the Fencing Jacket in T!, but I never much liked it, the drop in durability is pretty noticeable. And gun damage in T1 is so low, even the Cyclops Cap isn't going to make a big difference in killing power. Using both together is a good way to get creamed by someone with a Static Edge.

Not to mention the Fencing Jacket.
Actually, Cyclops/Fencing/Swiftstrike is a surprisingly common choice for FSC if you're looking to run the game in Hero Mode for kicks. It's more fun than it sounds, unless you get set on fire, in which case I recommend you get yourself acquainted with remedy pills because Hero Mode doesn't stop you from burning to death.
