I had a very extensive powerpoint on how doing this one simple act would also massively increase the value of chaps again and possibly even warrant a new promo/additional availability on the auction house for old chap colors, but apparently the laptop I was storing that on couldn't handle the greatness of this concept and imploded.
But I digress. Point is; scarfchaps. It's clearly feasible if you can rig Barrus to have one.
And? A few armors in the game clip. It's all about as immersion breaking as the ability to wear a scarf and a pipe simultaneously.
Dem Scarves. Also... Why is it that the Solid Cobalt Helm can get accessorized as to the Mighty Cobalt Helm cannot?

Just saying - you said that Barrus wore won, so I assumed you didn't know that the scarf still clipped on him.

If you can put a scarf on a plate helm, there shouldn't be any problems with putting one on a Chapeau.
The scarf clips with the helmet-straps even on Barrus.
