Apophis-Set

I recently rolled around 10 uvs in a row, and got:

Dark Retribution slime high
Sealed Sword CTR VH
Gigawatt Pulsar CTR VH (:/)
Then about 7 low uvs that were completely useless on their respective weapons, like fiend low on Acheron

Does the probability of rolling a good uv go down the more you roll? How can I max my chances of rolling another few boss uvs?

I've rolled nothing but

I've rolled nothing but useless low/med uvs on 11 of 12 of my rolls, the other being a shock max. It does seem that the less useful/valuable uvs are less likely to be rolled.
