I signed up to the SK newsletter and I have no Proto Crest.
Is it a 24hr thing? Do I need to resubscribe (with the same email) whilst logged in? Has something just gone horribly wrong?
Please post.
BTW I used the Search Bar and gave up after eight pages.
How did tyou sign up for the newsletter? You have to use the method where you hit sign up for newsletter after you complete all the available surveys in game. The method where you fill in your email on the login page won't award you the crest.

You should of gotten it relatively quickly. Try again in like 10 or so minutes. If nothing happens, just send a Support Ticket (click the gear in the top left corner, and a drop down menu should appear. Click "help" and send a Support Ticket. It should open a browser window).
