All missions show you their rewards next to the start button. Pay attention to it and you will see them.

are you playing a different game?
I'm not aware of any Underground or Brimstar in this game (and I've done the whole game, like many people). Is Brimstar a particular player? Which mission told you to do this?

Think he/she means Brimstone whose description says it's found in the Underworld.
You typically find these in fiend levels although you can get them from silkwings too (the annoying butterfly-type that heal enemies)
If you don't like those you can buy them from the Auction House.

You're supposed to craft them using the recipes the previous mission gave you. Make sure you've learned the recipes first (if not, select them and pick 'Learn') then go to an alchemy machine and you can make them.
