I got the answer for this question. When I was playing I used cutter for cutting trees, boxes, minerals..finishing enemies, but the best of all is that it can be used for cutting gun puppies and other monsters that can`t move. It`s fast, got normal damage and if you got damage bonus it`s deadly. I used troika and cutter line, someone would say the worst swords, but in combination they are really good and funny. Think about.
I stopped playing, so don`t await answers from me. Just wanted to give a tip to other players, most for the one that say cutter line is useless.
Lots of other swords can also be used for cutting down gun puppies and other monsters that can't move. In fact, Warmaster Rocket Hammer annihilates these monsters with its dash, especially since many of these monsters are vulnerable to elemental damage. (Even the ones that are neutral to elemental get destroyed.) Lots of other swords are deadly when they have damage bonus. So your argument is not convincing to me.
I do agree that the Troika and Cutter swords are fun, though. Happy travels.
