You can probably sell the suit for 250k on the AH to someone looking to complete their set if you're lucky. Less people tend to respond in trade chat since most of them are resellers. The mask will fetch you more since it's the important piece and much easier to sell. Unfortunately, asking 10k CE for the set in this market will be tough.
Initial investment for the set would be 6k CE during the short period that the NPC had it available if you didn't preorder the game.
