Problem create support request, Problem to buy more energy (Over spending limit)

I want to buy energy, but get this: "Over spending limit"
Is there a way to increase the limit?

Tried to get support at https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
But got white blank page without any request form.

The energy limits are in place for good reasons, I'm sure the amount you have that is at the limit is more than enough at the minute. I would be very surprised if they increased the limit for one user.

You realize that the limit

You realize that the limit starts at $100 a month..... thats up to 40k in CE. If you need to exceed that, you should really give some careful thought about how your going about doing things before it hits obsession levels.

Unless your an energy broker for your buddies.. then its just business.

Yeah , it looks good when you post it here at the forum, but the truth is:

Spending limit never changes and if it does, it takes a hell lotta time.
I've been asking to change mine for a week and nothing happens. I'm still stuck at trading energy for crowns in the market and selling materials in the auction house to get crowns.

I've already given up on it. I've lost hope on the support.

1- Mail to support through website hasn't been working (at least on my computer/browsers) for a few days now;
2- Mail directly to billing hasn't gotten me anywhere.
3- Posting here at the forums gets me the standard answer "send mail to billing bla bla bla". While the 2 items above clearly explain I have tried that already.

I feel frustrated, to say the least. As a customer, a sponsor, not just a common user of the free service, I expected more.
Now that I'm putting a little more thought into it, I might not even use my spending limit anymore, because I have nothing to spend money on...
The spending limit policy made me realize how to make CE in-game and profit from it, thus generating an endless (though slow) flux of CE for me.
Congratulations on making me give up on giving you money. Now that I see it so clearly, you SK guys seem like a non-profit organization, which is so cool these days. Thanks for saving me money!

A little intel on my computer / OS / browser so maybe an admin can tell why e-mail through website doesn't work for me:

Windows 7 Home Premium;
Google Chrome (most up-to-date version);
Internet Explorer (most up-to-date version);
Computer is a HP Pavillion dv5 with Intel Core i3 2.27GHZ, 4GB RAM, 500GB HD (More than 400GB free space).
I'm playing from São Paulo - Brazil with 3G internet connection (which works fine for all websites, video streaming and even to play Spiral Knights).

Im a steam user as well; and I'd like to advance the "Spending Limit" thing. I created this account linked to my Facebook just for the sake of asking questions and getting support of purchasing CE.
