I've been trying to get an elevator pass lately, but the game won't let me. I have the money in my steam wallet, but it keeps silently failing. :/

It's Java

Java 7 on mac was causing the issue. Reverting to stock java from apple fixed this. Simply do the billing stuff then go back to java 7.

Bumping this as I have had

Bumping this as I have had the same problem with Elevator Passes recently.

Annoyingly? While I did not get the Elevator Passes, the funds were STILL deducted from my Steam Wallet, so I'm now down $5.95 with absolutely nothing to show for it. This really needs to be fixed - I'm not terribly happy about having my money spirited away.
