I have a dilemma currently on what to upgrade first.

I need a 5 * shadow weapon but only have enough for 1 5 star recipe and to craft it

My weapons are currently:
Silent Night blade slime Med
Faust
Blaxkhawk asi low

Because I have mercurial mail instead of Skolver for my costume so I was thinking that the slime Med bonus would make it the most useful shadow weapon at 5 star.

However I have the gran Faust recipe already learned from previously playing and then leaving so I could make that and get closer to making the others faster.

I.want the sentenza, however for lock down and as a sidearm if I don't want to use a primary shadow weapon.

Which first? And why?

Questions

What's the rest of your gear ? Do you prefer normal swords or heavy swords ? Are you a swordsman in the first place ? Do you like charging ? Is the weapon to be used in LD ?

Without knowing that, hard to answer. Provided you are a swordsman, I'd go with one of the sword. Which one really depends on your playstyle.

I am a swordie/ gunner (full sets).

I like either heavy/ brandish swords.

I would use GF for Ltd and sentenza for LD but already have a DA for that.

Gran Faust

Nightblade to Acheron is only useful if you're farming RJP, and Faust/Gran Faust are by no means bad at that.

In terms of Lockdown, Gran Faust ALL the way. I (though primarily T2), played a few T3 games today and observed that it is both immensely popular and immensely powerful.

Sentenza is a situational gun; in Lockdown it probably won't be much help except for breaking recon cloaks (which it is indeed good at)

Basically, Acheron would make farming RJP easiest, Gran Faust is almost as good for RJP and worlds better for Lockdown, and Sentenza is... meh

I might be biased towards the swords, being primarily a swordsman myself.

Well, that doesn't clarify much Bzzts. Actually you didn't answer any question in a way that would allow us to advise you.

Anyway : if you don't already have an AP for LD, Sentenza may be somewhat useful. GF is better than DA for LD because of the small chance of curse on second hit and the fact that shadow defense is arguably less present than elemental. But indeed the upgrade is very small.

@Breaker-Xd RJP is not the only place you want to have shadow damage. C42, Ice Queen and more generally any T3 wolver/gremlin warrant the use of shadow damage.
