The only reason OOO ever posts in Suggestions is to clear up a misunderstanding or to Forum-Moderate.
They will not approve/disapprove of the idea being discussed unless it had been stated prior by them that such an idea is not allowed to exist, in which case that's a rare event too.
They do read threads, even if only to moderate. It's their job.
