Well it does happens to me too on certain resolutions. But I'm no expert on the matter.

You should put that in technical support, or better, submit a bug report in-game using F2.
And yes, this is a resolution issue. Your resolution height isn't big enough. Since the cropped module on the bottom is a recent addition, I bet it wasn't properly tested on lower resolutions. You aren't missing out much, it's a module to convert crowns into CE or the other way around.

I believe so. Have you tried changing the resolution any? My screen looks a bit more square.
What's the problem? It looks fine to me.
